BG DIGITAL SOLUTION INDIA should not be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied or approved by the client.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, original materials created specifically for the client after full payment may be provided for the client’s agreed business use.

Third-party materials, including fonts, stock images, plugins, software, templates, trademarks, and other licensed resources, remain subject to their respective owners’ terms and licences.

Clients must not use or distribute third-party materials in violation of applicable licences or intellectual property rights.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of information shared by clients for the purpose of providing services.

We will make reasonable efforts to protect confidential business information and will not knowingly disclose such information to unrelated third parties except where necessary to provide the agreed service, required by law, or authorised by the client.

Either party may request termination of an ongoing service subject to the terms agreed in the relevant proposal, quotation, package, or service agreement.

Any work already completed or expenses already incurred may remain payable by the client.

Specific refund or cancellation conditions, if applicable, will be communicated before commencement of the relevant service.

Refunds, where applicable, will be handled according to the refund terms communicated for the particular service or project.

Because certain digital services involve work, resources, advertising budgets, subscriptions, or third-party costs, not every payment may be refundable.

Any advertising budget already spent on third-party advertising platforms is generally subject to the policies of those platforms.

9. Prohibited Use

Users and clients must not use our services or website for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activities.

Our services must not knowingly be used to distribute malware, misleading content, illegal content, spam, fraudulent offers, or content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
